Keep IT Real Consulting was founded by me, Mats O Eklund in 2020 and is aiming to support businesses and organisations creating the right conditions and setup for improved business agility to enhance competetive edge and differentiation. Focus lies on supporting the build of strong foundations for execution (business & IT) improving delivery on the businesses customer promise, to generate enhanced business value. Services offered is inspirational presentations, advise, change management or interim management.

 

My experience is mainly within business & digital transformation, IT strategy & operation and change leadership, and I have long experience from leading and driving business strategy and business change activities on excecutive level across businesses. This includes leading a number of multiskilled and multinational global IT teams in different companies, and businsses domains, over the last decades deliving local and global IT solutions and services. I had the honor to be named CIO of the year in Sweden 2007.

 

Keep IT Real Consulting will shape strong delivery teams when setting up projects, with partners if needed, with the target is to fast deliver value.

Not being fake or influenced. Being true to yourself and your values, but more importantly, being true to innate values that all people acknowledge as respectable. Not frontin, or inhibiting yourself or pretending to be something your not; but also not following dominant values that should not be acceptable. Honesty, doing the right thing, genuineness, fairness and reasonability are generally aspects of keeping it real. Gandhi kept it real because even though his acts were controversial or illegal, they were never harmful and society now knows he was doing the right thing.
