Inspiration & Presentations

If you need inspirational presentations about managing change, or moderation of a conference or a workshop I can support you. I have a wast experience as a speaker and motivator both internally and publicly, and have for example given a leacture at the swedish CIO training academy about strategic change and IT management for over a decade. Topics within these areas could be packaged with relevant examples to a suit any target group in the company in need of inspiration and information. 

Advisory & Change Management

Since working in different CIO and strategic development roles across different organisations, business domains and countries, I can function as a sounding board and senior advisor for CIO's, CXO's and IT Management teams. My experience spans from driving successful digital transformation to develop and lead high performing IT teams. By using our FAST methodology I can quickly assess maturity, find improvement areas and suggest actions, as if needed lead implementation of these.

Interim Management

During my career I have been operating in different business strategy and IT Management roles, on different levels, in different organisations and countries, but my leadership style has always been the same. I have an inclusive and honest leadership style which suit interim assignments in a broad range of roles, stretching from from board level strategic development to leading & coaching tech teams to improve IT Operations. The leadership approach is always customer and people oriented with the aim to fast improve governance and steering of IT to have real impact, creating fast effects and lasting results.
